Salt and Pepper Tofu
This is quick, easy and yummy. You can use it in so many ways – as the basis of a roast – with Asian wok greens – with fresh tomato sauce.

Cut the tofu into 4 thin slices and then diagonally to give 8 triangles.
- Mix the other ingredients and spread on a plate.
- Dredge the tofu pieces in the salt and pepper mixture.

Fry the tofu, in the oil, over a medium-high heat until golden brown.
