Tofu Schnitzels
Who doesn’t love a schnitzel – These are quick and super easy – It’s the crust that makes it work

Combine the breadcrumbs, spices and herbs and place on a plate.

Cut the tofu into 1.25cm-thick slices, place in a plastic bag with the flour and toss to coat.

Dip in the egg to coat all surfaces.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.

Fry the slices in a pan over a medium heat into golden brown – 5 minutes per side.

Serve with vegetables of choice and hot chips.
