  • 1.5 tsp ground Coriander
  • 0.75 tsp ground Cumin
  • 0.25 tsp ground Turmeric
  • 0.125 tsp ground Cardamom
  • 0.125 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 0.125 tsp ground Cloves
  • 0.125 tsp ground Cinnamon

Alternatively, you can use the same quantities of whole spices and ground Turmeric and ground Cinnamon. Heat a small frying pan to a medium-high heat add the whole spices and dry fry, agitating, until the cumin seeds darken and become fragrant.  Remove from the heat and grind to a fine powder.  Mix in the turmeric and cinnamon.
