tin 4 bean mix - drained and rinsed

cherry tomatoes - quartered

tinned baby corn - roughly chopped

capsicum (bell pepper) - diced

jalapeno chillis - diced

Instructions
Drain the tin of 4 bean mix and rinse under cold water.
Pour the 4-bean mix into a medium sized bowl, add the chopped vegetables and jalapeƱos (if using) and mix well.
Pour the olive oil into a small bowl and add the lime juice and cracked pepper. Whisk to combine.
Pour the dressing over the salad mix.
