Ingredients

block Firm or Extra Firm Tofu - pressed

Soy sauce
(OR Tamari
)

Lemon juice

Olive Oil

grainy Dijon Mustard

Sugar

dried Basil

tsp
dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Slice the tofu into 1cm thick strips.
Whisk together all ingredients except the tofu.
Transfer to a shallow and add the tofu, turning to coat.
Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight in the ‘fridge (the longer the better).
Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
Transfer tofu and marinade to baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve with roast potatoes.
